2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Applicable for all our products: DocMold, NexInvo, and NexAI Pro

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7-14 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase
  • Renewal payments (only first-time purchases are eligible)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Partial month refunds after the 30-day period
  • Customization or setup fees
  • Add-on services already rendered

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time (except during the 30-day guarantee period)
  • Access continues until the subscription period ends

6. Free Trial

Our 14-day free trial allows you to evaluate the service before purchasing. Since no payment is required for the trial, refund policy does not apply to trial accounts.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: Prorated charges will be applied for the remaining subscription period
  • Downgrades: Changes take effect from the next billing cycle; no refunds for the current period

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside these terms in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Significant service outages affecting your business
  • Billing errors made by our team
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage

Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Taxes

Refunds will include any applicable GST that was charged. Tax refunds are processed according to government regulations.
